Job Description

The Content Lead / Storyteller role supports execution of Employer Brand initiatives and candidate experience activities to position Sutherland as an employer of choice. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring brand strategy, managing social channels, writing impactful copy, mentoring content teams, and leading DEI campaigns. Requires strong experience in marketing, social sourcing, content creation across multiple channels, and excellent English communication skills. This position is a permanent work-at-home role based in Manila, offering the opportunity to work fully remote.
