GDIT seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative for a remote role with onsite training in Las Cruces, NM. Responsibilities include assisting customers with Medicare claims, billing questions, and coordination of benefits in a fast-paced call center. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of customer service experience, typing skills, and flexibility to work 8.5-hour shifts between 6:50am and 7:15pm Monday through Friday. Additional benefits include extensive training, no weekends, PTO, holidays, and 401K matching.
