Undertake internal investigations related to Dignity & Respect and Student Discipline policies at the University of Bath. Conduct complex investigations, including those involving sexual misconduct, using trauma-informed interviewing. Produce high-quality reports suitable for internal and external scrutiny. The role requires discretion, risk assessment, self-motivation, and knowledge of higher education sector regulations. Training is available for mental health, trauma-informed investigation, and related areas.
