Responsible for managing multi-state payroll and benefits administration across US and international locations. Duties include payroll processing, HRIS management (ADP WFN), benefits enrollment, compliance, reporting, and training. Requires 7+ years payroll experience, bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proficiency in payroll software, and strong interpersonal skills. Hybrid work in Seattle office, salary range $120,000-$135,000 plus bonus and equity.
