Manage a portfolio of 5-7 technical projects, coordinate developers and humanitarian specialists, gather requirements, monitor timelines and budgets using Trello, Jira, GitHub. Serve as primary client contact and support business development. Requires 5+ years technical project management experience, prior development experience, fluent English and French; Spanish a plus. Role is fully remote within ±3 hours CET time zone.
