Job Description

Relief Applications seeks a remote Technical / IT Project Manager to coordinate multiple small-scale tech projects supporting NGOs and UN agencies. This full-time role requires managing developers and humanitarian specialists across time zones, client engagement, and business development support. Fluency in English and French is mandatory, Spanish highly desirable. Location must allow 3-hour CET time overlap. Contract initially 3 months with possibility of extension. Salary €30,000–€36,000 plus performance bonuses.
