Job Description

Relief Applications seeks a Technical / IT Project Manager to coordinate multiple tech projects including new builds and ongoing maintenance. Manage developers, designers, and humanitarian specialists across multiple time zones, gather requirements, monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Agile methodologies. Also responsible for client engagement, proposal support, and representation at events. Position requires 5+ years technical project management experience, previous software development background, fluent English and French, with Spanish as a plus. The role is fully remote with some international travel and prefers candidates within 3 hours CET time difference.
