You will provide front-line, first-level technical support to consumers, resolving technical issues efficiently in a customer-facing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting internet and device-specific issues, maintaining excellent customer service, handling sensitive data carefully, and engaging customers with a friendly approach. Requires at least 3 months experience, relevant certificates, communication and analytical skills, and proactivity.
