Liquibase delivers enterprise solutions that automate and streamline the DevOps database change process. The Technical Support Engineer supports customers with database DevOps and CI/CD products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, root cause analysis, customer communication via tickets and calls, collaborating cross-functionally, and updating knowledge bases. Required skills include familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, GitLab, Kubernetes, cloud platforms AWS and Azure, networking fundamentals, and databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake.
