Improve trivago’s products by investigating, reporting, and helping to fix issues or bugs reported by users. Gather, categorize, and channel user feedback to relevant teams. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. The role offers visa support, relocation package, free language classes, and a flexible work environment.
