Be the first point of contact for trivago users, providing top-notch support via email and help center using Zendesk. Investigate user issues, collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions, and improve product experience. Requires exceptional written and verbal English (minimum C2), sociable and proactive personality, solid organizational skills, and commitment to user experience. 2 WFH days weekly with opportunity to work remotely for 20 days abroad.
