Be the first point of contact for trivago users, providing top-notch support via Email and Help Center requests using Zendesk. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve user issues, help improve trivagoβs products, and gather user feedback. This role requires exceptional English communication skills at minimum C2 level and a strong commitment to user experience. Previous hospitality or written customer service experience is a plus.
