We build a WhatsApp agent from zero, on Hermes, that reads incoming messages, drafts replies, and books meetings on your calendar, with a human approval step so nothing sends without your yes.
This isn't a demo. Everyone in the room stands their own version up, on their own number, on their own machine, and walks out with it running.
