At the main roundabout, GO UP THE STAIRS + walk to the end of the UPPER BOARDWALK. We are not down by the boats.
⏰ ARRIVE EARLY
Come 10-15 mins before we start to find us + get settled.
Bring a mat, water + your people.
DEEP HOUSE YOGA is a community session built around deep house music, creative movement and flow state.
Expect dynamic vinyasa, melodic + deep house, creative sequences, good energy and a community of people who don’t take themselves too seriously.
