It’s about getting to know your dough, feeling how it changes, and letting things take the time they need.
During this workshop, we’ll go through the process together — mixing, stretching, understanding fermentation, shaping, baking, and of course, tasting. No pressure to get it perfect. Just space to learn, try, and enjoy.
