A problem solving jam is a design sprint for the curious and the brave.
Using the human-centered design (HCD) approach, you will complete a challenge in groups or pairs.
This Jam....Redesign: Waiting in Line
"How might we redesign the experience of waiting in line so it feels less like wasted time and more like something worth staying for?"
For designers, engineers, therapists, parents, and anyone who's ever had to solve a hard problem with other people.
PBJs provided (Js for the allergic). Plus gluten free ones. 🥪
