Job Description

Relief Applications seeks a remote Technical/IT Project Manager for full-time work with possibility of 80% flex time. Candidates must be fluent in English and French, Spanish preferred, and work within 3 hours CET time difference. Responsibilities include managing 5-7 tech projects for NGOs and UN agencies, coordinating developers and other specialists, gathering requirements, monitoring timelines and budgets, client engagement, proposal support, and event representation. Salary range is €30K–€36K plus bonuses.
