Job Description
Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for 410+ users locally and remotely. Manage incidents, install and troubleshoot hardware/software, manage user credentials, support MS Windows 10 and Office 365, handle Cisco IP Phone systems and video conferencing IT support. Participate in off-site events and vendor engagement. Requires willingness to travel across multiple European countries and work in international environment with fluent German and English.
