Provide top-notch user support by answering requests via email and Help Center using Zendesk and other tools. Investigate user issues and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions. Help improve products by reporting and fixing bugs, gathering user feedback, and coordinating initiatives to enhance operations and user experience. Requires excellent English communication, organizational skills, and passion for user experience. Previous hospitality or customer service experience and additional language skills are a plus. The position supports remote work with flexible hours and benefits including visa support and relocation.
