That's eighteen days late, which is about our speed. It's also Lillie Hitchcock Coit's birthday — she'd be 183 — and it's the fourth year we've done this.
Powell closes between Columbus and Union. We have tables in the middle of the street and about a hundred seats. The North Beach Entertainment Zone went into effect this summer and this is the first time we're using it, which means a drink from the bar can walk out the door with you.
