A night of crafts & connections inspired by Maija Isola ✨
In 1964, Marimekko's founder had sworn the company would never print florals. She thought they were a lazy way to sell fabric. Maija Isola designed a whole flower series anyway, and her poppy became the most recognizable print the company ever made.
We're channelling that bold, graphic style to make our very own hand-printed tea towels. You'll carve your own poppy stamps and repeat them across the fabric to create a design that's entirely your own. Each person will make one tea towel to take home.
