This workshop brings together current research in neuroscience, cognitive psychology and sensory science to explore one of the most underestimated tools for mental performance and wellbeing: nature.
Together we'll move through an intentionally designed experience that combines evidence-based science with hands-on gardening in the Goethe-Institut’s herb and vegetable garden. So you don't just learn about the effects of nature on your brain, but you feel them directly.
