In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) there's a concept called ι€η (Yang Sheng) which is tending to your life through the basics before you need a full health protocol to fix it. This tea tasting is Yang Sheng in its simplest, most doable form: sitting still for some time with something specifically chosen to help your body come down off the ledge.
