Masahiro Ouchi has been practising for 45 years, and on October 21st he is coming to Teja House to teach us.
He is the founder and director of TaoZen Life Practice, the Healing Tao Center of New York and the Healing Tao Center of Japan, a senior instructor of Universal Healing Tao, and the author of What is Chi Nei Tsang?, One Minute Meditation and Healing Love, among others. His path began in childhood at a 600-year-old Zen temple in Japan, moved through Kendo, Kyudo and Shaolin Kung Fu, then a year in India at twenty to study yoga.
