The processing fee is RM 3,000, non-refundable, about USD 735 at the Bank Negara 11:30 midpoint on 9 October 2026, RM 4.0835 per USD. The published renewal fee is RM 1,500. The page says the pass is renewable but does not say whether the next period is another 15 years, so the renewal length is empty. The Gold page does not publish a monthly income test. Israel, Nigeria and Bangladesh are excluded. Filing is through an agent licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment. Children under 21 are included, as are older full-time students who are not employed. The pass is endorsed for Sabah. A separate pass has to be requested for work. The page does not state a path to permanent residence or citizenship.
