Notes

Immigration Regulations, regulation 13(2)(h) and regulation 22. The five-year retention rule in regulation 14 does not apply to this contribution. The citizenship page asks for a Cabinet action minute and a Treasury receipt. Fees are USD 25,000, a USD 1,500 undertaking fee and a USD 150 administrative fee. A spouse or child endorsement is USD 200 and does not include work. The quota number was not found. Naturalisation as a British Overseas Territories Citizen follows five years of residence. The parent-of-an-Islander route at USD 250,000 is a different regulation, 13(2)(j), and also requires fifteen years of residence and an Islander child with ten years of residence. It is not this program. The Immigration Bill 2026 is not in force.
