Immigration Regulations, regulation 33. Border Force states the same USD 300,000 floor, a typical five-year term, and no gainful occupation. The permit fee in Schedule 7 is USD 1,500, plus a USD 150 administrative fee. Regulation 36 says a dependant is endorsed without cost. Schedule 7 also lists a USD 500 endorsement fee in the residence-permit block, so the dependant fee is left empty. The holder must keep owning a home at the qualifying value. Renewal is requested thirty days before expiry. A late renewal adds USD 250. The ten-year PRC route names a Residence Permit, not a Home Owner's Permit, so this record does not treat the permit as a path to permanent residence. The Director can take up to six weeks. The Immigration Bill 2026 is not in force.
