One of Dubai's clearest budget residential areas, with themed clusters, Dragon Mart, affordable apartments, groceries, and a very practical daily-life feel. It is far from the main tourist and business districts, but strong on value and casual food.
Best for: Budget long-stay nomads who want low rent, groceries, casual food, and do not need central nightlife
