About Envigado
Separate municipality immediately south of Medellin, but functionally part of the metro nomad circuit. It is safer-feeling, greener, and more family-oriented than Poblado, with lower rents and enough cafes and restaurants for long stays.
Best for: Long-stay nomads and families who want value, calm, and metro access
