About Esquerra de l'Eixample
The western Eixample trades some landmark glamour for stronger everyday living, excellent cafés, clinics, coworking, and the bars of Gaixample. It remains central and highly walkable, with slightly better value than the Dreta but limited green space and plenty of traffic on the major streets.
Best for: Nomads who want central apartments, strong café infrastructure, and inclusive nightlife
