About Avlabari
A historic east-bank neighborhood across from Old Town, anchored by Sameba Cathedral, Avlabari metro, guesthouses, and older residential lanes. It is cheaper and more local than Kala while still being close to the core sights.
Best for: Budget nomads who want metro access, views, and Old Town proximity without Old Town rent
