About Rama 9
Rama IX Road east of the Rama 9 junction, with the clubs of Royal City Avenue (RCA), Singha Complex, new office towers and condos down to Khlong Saen Saep; Central Rama 9 and Fortune Town stand on the junction just to the north-west. One-bedroom condos rent for about 12,000 to 22,000 baht a month, more in the new towers by MRT Phra Ram 9. Wide car-first roads make walking hard and the nearest big park is a train ride away.
Best for: Office workers and night owls who want newer condo towers near the MRT and the RCA clubs
