About Suan Dok
A small west-side pocket between the moat, Chiang Mai University, and Nimman, useful for hospitals, students, clinics, and quieter condo stays. It is less of a nightlife or tourist zone, but its location works well for people who split time between Nimman cafes and Old City errands.
Best for: Students, health-focused long stays, and nomads who want a quieter base beside Nimman
