In Paris, "cinq à sept" is that little stolen moment between day and night, made for a glass of something good and a conversation that runs long. We're borrowing the idea, with a small twist: five wines, starting at seven.
At Casa Botella, a cosy corner of Malasaña turns French for the evening. One rosé, two whites and two reds, paired with the house's signature French snacks. No expertise needed, just curiosity and an appetite. Sip slowly, compare notes with new people, and find the bottle you'll want to bring home.
