About this event
When I first started strength training, I was intimidated, confused, and nowhere near consistent. I kept thinking it would be easier if I just had other women around me going through the same thing. So I'm starting exactly that — for women who want to be more serious about their strength training, get extra accountability and a community of women.
Up until now we've been running Coffee & Lift on Saturdays. We're now expanding to Sundays too, so we can make room for more women and get more of us stronger together. This one is on a Sunday, at Holmes Place Gendarmenmarkt.
