6:00 AM — Route and safety briefing
6:10 AM — 10–12K group run 🏃♂️
7:30–8:00 AM — Return to the club
Until about 9:00 AM — Recovery and social time
We’ll share the final route and distance before the event.
Entry: ฿650 per runner
Included: Ice baths, social sauna, hot magnesium bath, and ice showers.
