The Sunday Reset is a **cozy, welcoming space** to put your thoughts on paper—whether you’re reflecting on the past week, exploring what’s on your mind, or looking for clarity for the week ahead.
No writing experience is needed. Just bring yourself, a journal, a pen, and an open mind. ✨

📖 **What to expect:**

* 5–10 minutes of grounding and intention setting
* 15 minutes of brain dump journaling, with guided prompts if you’re not sure what to write
* 10 minutes of gratitude journaling
* Optional sharing and space for meaningful conversations
* A welcoming community of like-minded people 🤍
