Investment in a government-approved Grenadian project, either through a qualifying share or a full-unit purchase. The qualifying share minimum is $270,000, while the full-unit minimum is $350,000; a $50,000 government contribution also applies to the main applicant and up to three dependants. A project must be approved by the Minister and published in the Gazette.

The 2025 amendment sets the approved-unit minimum valuation at $440,000 and the required pre-application project equity at 6% for a Grenadian Developer or 20% for any other developer; each qualifying share remains at least $270,000. A full-unit purchase is at least $350,000. An investor cannot dispose of the CBI investment for a resale to a new CBI applicant until five years after citizenship is granted. The $50,000 government contribution covers the main applicant and up to three dependants, with additional family contributions set by regulation.
