Standard contribution: USD 115,000 for the principal applicant. The current limited-time offer deducts USD 25,000 for applications filed before December 31, 2026, making the principal contribution USD 90,000. Additional eligible dependants aged 16 or above contribute USD 2,000 each; each sibling of the principal applicant or spouse costs USD 15,000. Filing fees are USD 5,000 for the principal applicant and USD 2,000 per additional eligible dependent. Due diligence fees are USD 6,000 for the principal applicant, USD 3,000 per additional dependent aged 16 or above, and USD 3,000 for a benefactor. Passport fee is USD 500 per passport. The Program Office also publishes bank due diligence and transaction charges of USD 1,200, USD 1,700 or USD 2,200 depending on family size, and USD 1,000 for a benefactor. Family inclusion includes spouses, dependent children, parents and siblings; consult an agent for specific dependent eligibility. Applications must be filed through an agent. The principal applicant must attend an interview, which may be virtual. Citizenship follows an oath or affirmation, which may be completed remotely or before an authorized officer outside Naoero. Typical processing is three to four months. No residence requirement; dual citizenship is allowed.
