Notes and caveats
The Commission states that REO commenced on 23 July 2021 and requires investment in an approved project in addition to prescribed fees. The Citizenship Act says the prescribed fees cover the applicant, spouse and two children. The application process names the master agent and approved projects, but official materials reviewed did not state a current minimum property price or itemized fees. The general temporary suspension of the Citizenship by Investment Program means current application availability has not been confirmed.
