Executive Decree 193 of October 15, 2024 amended Decree 722 and kept the real estate route at $300,000, including completed property and qualifying pre-construction developer payments. Securities remain $500,000 and bank fixed deposits remain $750,000. Investment must be held for 5 years. All funds must originate from abroad. One of the fastest processing times in the Americas (~30 days). Includes spouse, children, disabled dependents, and parents.
