SAR 15 million is USD 4,000,000 at the SAR 3.75 peg. The SAR 4,000 fee is about USD 1,067. The job field stores 20 because the second year's 10 jobs are additional. Once the permanent permit is confirmed, the Center's FAQ says the time-in-Saudi and financial-status conditions fall away. The same Nitaqat exemption and two Special Talent nominations apply as on category 1. No sector quota is published.
