The Center requires a Ministry of Investment registration, a commercial registration, constitutional documents showing the applicant's share of at least SAR 7 million, proof the capital was injected, and a GOSI certificate for 10 employees within that share. No sector is mandated. The share is about USD 1,866,667 at the SAR 3.75 peg. The SAR 4,000 fee is about USD 1,067. This is not the sponsored investor iqama that follows an investment licence alone. That iqama stays tied to the establishment. This product is sponsor-free and includes the general Premium Residency work, family, and property rights.
