Both sides of outer Sukhumvit around BTS Bang Chak and Punnawithi, built around True Digital Park, a startup campus with coworking, a gym and food halls, and the Cloud 11 rooftop park opposite. Condos along Sukhumvit 101/1 rent for about 15,000 to 25,000 baht for a newer one-bedroom. Evenings are quiet, nightlife means a trip to On Nut or Thonglor, and 101/1 floods in heavy rain.
Best for: Tech and startup workers who want True Digital Park's coworking at the station and lower rents than central Sukhumvit
