About Suthep
The Chiang Mai University and foothills side of town, with student food, inexpensive apartments, mountain access, and a quieter rhythm than the inner city. It is best with a scooter or bicycle, but gives long-stay nomads more green space and lower-key daily life near Nimman.
Best for: Nomads who want student pricing, mountain access, and quieter long-stay housing
