Notes

The processing fee is RM 200,000, non-refundable, about USD 48,978 at the Bank Negara 11:30 midpoint on 9 October 2026, RM 4.0835 per USD. The published renewal fee is RM 1,500. The page does not say how long a renewal lasts, so that length is empty. The Platinum page says career opportunities are permissible and does not say a separate pass must be requested. It does not mention business ownership. Israel, Nigeria and Bangladesh are excluded. Filing is through a ministry-licensed agent. Children under 21 are included, as are older full-time students who are not employed. The pass is endorsed for Sabah. The page does not publish a monthly income test or a path to permanent residence or citizenship.
