Notes

One of the cheapest investor residency programs in the world. $30,000 in real estate, new local business, or government-approved agricultural/forestry projects. Must employ at least 2 Nicaraguan workers and submit a 5-year business plan. No formal physical presence requirement for residency maintenance but ID renewal requires a visit. CRITICAL: 2026 dual citizenship abolition means naturalization requires renouncing original citizenship.
