Regional Travel
The Circumvesuviana runs to Pompeii and Naples. Caremar lists a fast ferry from Sorrento to Capri at €17.40, plus a €5 landing fee on Capri. That fare page does not list a Sorrento-Ischia boat. Wikivoyage, in January 2024, put the Naples Beverello to Sorrento boat at €15.20 and about 40 minutes, without naming the company. Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) Rules
Yes. From financial year 2024, an audited foreign subsidiary is in scope when the effective rate is under 15% and more than one third of revenue is passive. If the rate is under 15%, or the accounts are not certified, the test is instead whether effective tax is under 50% of the Italian corporate tax that would have applied. 19

Italy’s Impatriate regime offers a 50% exemption on qualifying Italian-source employment and self-employment income up to €600,000 a year for five years, subject to eligibility. It is not an automatic exemption for digital nomad visa holders. 14 36
