About Khlong San
The Thonburi bank of the Chao Phraya opposite Charoen Krung, along Charoen Nakhon Road with ICONSIAM, the SookSiam indoor street-food market and the Gold Line, and BTS Krung Thon Buri inland. Older condos rent for about 10,000 to 22,000 baht for a one-bedroom, far less than the new riverside towers. Nightlife is thin, there is no real park and Charoen Nakhon Road jams at rush hour.
Best for: Remote workers who want riverside condos, ICONSIAM on the doorstep and Thai neighbourhood life
