Sub-Decree No. 225 took effect on 1 December 2025 and replaced Sub-Decree No. 112. The investment threshold is published in KHR; the USD equivalent in this record uses the National Bank of Cambodia rate of KHR 4,062 per USD on 7 October 2026. Applicants must invest personal capital in an actual project in a priority sector, hold a valid investment permit, and meet the route-specific conditions.
